I’m 20 and in college now, but I’ve been going to her since the end of my sophomore year of high school (about 4 years now) I’ve gotten a variety of partial balayages and haircuts, and she never fails to do an amazing job! More than that, I look forward to getting my hair done every time because I get to spend time and catch up with Logan! She is one of the most kind hearted, genuine, funny, and passionate people you’ll meet! Even though my parents moved after I graduated high school, I still continue to make the 40 minute drive to go to balance over my college breaks. I don’t just go to this salon to get my hair done, but for the incredible environment the staff creates!”

Today, Sylvia, the owner, greeted me at the door. In addition I love the shop. It is lovely and comfortable for relaxing while there, with a pleasant sitting area along with other amenities, such as coffee and treats. I highly recommend them.”

Every single person looked incredible but the real prize was Rachel convincing me (the bride) to embrace my natural curls for my up do, which was initially extremely out of my comfort zone. And I’m so happy she did, my hair looked absolutely perfect and lasted the entire night exactly the way I imagined it. We used Beauty Call for my whole bridal group plus 3 moms for both hair & makeup, it was such a God send having everything through one business.
