I decided I would try Filomena’s and thank goodness Steph had a cancellation. When I showed her the picture she was so excited to do it. She exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love it. It is the best hair do I’ve ever had. If I could, I would give Steph 10 stars and the Salon deserves 10 stars as well. It’s so friendly and the environment is family like.
