I can’t begin to explain how amazing my experience at Salon Nova was! From the booking (the woman over the phone was so kind and helpful getting me in asap that week), to the front door greeting (with “welcome Lauren!” on the sign), to the offerings of refreshments and making me comfortable, to the sweetest Owner and stylist who did an awesome consultation and NAILED my hair (I am super picky with my color and I couldn’t love it more), to my fabulous head wash/massage and cut by Lana, everything was truly perfect! Took my wife here today and she has very curl hair which it is difficult to find many places that are reputable and also work with women who are like my wife and have such curls.
Here they squeezed us into a tight schedule due to me calling last minute, and booking the previous day to our arrival here.
Sidney greeted me and my wife and made her very comfortable and got straight into the process.
