“I was in a car accident that messed me up for quite some time and put me in a depression and I was referred to a different Excelsia location which had a cold vibe but a great Doctor ! I was referred to the Grant location for Cognitive therapy for. Brain injury and this place had a completely different vibe . It feels like you’re at home with people who are nice and genuinely care .I actually look forward to coming here which is a rare thing ! The staff starting from the ladies at the front desk to the Therapist are the nicest people . You don’t see this too often anymore , I see the ladies talk to each and every client as soon as they walk in they’re greeted they’re genuinely nice people the whole staff is friendly and they make you feel welcomed and comfortable , everyone here looks like they enjoy their job and you can feel that , in todays world unfortunately we have people who do not want to work and it shows not many care but the staff here at Excelsia on Grant Ave truly take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their patients! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of therapy . The treatment is exceptional! My therapist is Dr. Harris , he always makes me laugh , when I first came in and was so depressed from everything that I had been through and he helped me through it . He is always positive , honest , caring and uplifting. There is another therapist here who is always making people laugh , it’s just a great energy here . I love it !
