Zero stars if it were up to me. We have 3 of there filtered water coolers. All 3 are broken. Can't reach anyone as their phone numbers are disconnected. No service, no one to talk too, no one to replace the coolers. Terrible business practice.

Terrible experiences with this contractor. Six years ago they installed a new gas furnace for me. During installation their technician said I needed to replace my AC unit as it would likely die soon. I took their advice and spent $3000.00 for new AC. The next day UGI returned to inspect the finished job and was surprised to see the new AC. They told me it was unnecessary because my original AC unit should have lasted another 5-10 years minimum. Yesterday my AC crapped out. Comfort Systems arrived today and said my compressor was dead and quoted me $1750.00 to replace it. Meanwhile I called another contractor who fixed the problem same day for $178.00! Adam from Heating and Air Conditioning did a super awesome job for us, he went above and beyond on his service and the pricing was great, we will differently make him our service technician in the future.
