Morris Theodore M DDS is a friendly and helpful dental practice. The staff is kind and accommodating, making it easy to get appointments. Dr. Chad is knowledgeable, caring, and not pushy, providing quality care for patients of all ages. Although wait times can be longer at times, it is because they take extra time to ensure everything is done well, showing their genuine concern for patients' needs.
I recently called to make an appointment as a new customer for myself, husband and children. I explained to the receptionist that I have three children and would like to be able to bring them in all together, to eliminate the hassle of going back and forth. She said sure absolutely no problem! She was able to get myself and two of my children in on one appointment and my husband and our other child in on another appointment. I explained that the last place we went could not accommodate us in that way, which was causing us to want to switch. Thank you for understanding and accommodating large families ♥️
Everyone is friendly and helpful. We have never had a problem getting an appointment when we had an issue. Dr. Chad is very nice, knowledgeable, and not pushy. They are even great with our children.
Awesome Denist!! Have I waited a very long time in there like a lot of the complaints? Yes I have. I can tell you why though, because they care for their patients and spend the extra time making sure everything is good.
