I was reluctant to get my ducts cleaned since there is flex duct on the first floor. I come from an hvac background, and many of the advertised duct cleaners are not qualified, experienced or have the proper equipment to safely and correctly clean flex duct. Very professional, made every effort to be unobtrusive and cleaned up after themselves. They were efficient, did a good job and didn't try to sell you something you don't need.
