I had booked an appointment for builder gel and eyebrow wax. When I sat down the nail tech took out the acrylic materials and I said that I had builder gel and she was like 'no gel' I didn't understand if she meant they were out of it or what but the woman a few chairs down from me was getting the builder gel. So I just let her do her thing because I was super confused. My nails look fine but now when I go back to get builder gel they are going to have to redo all of my nails again and take the acrylic off. I’ve been going to sparkle for over a year. They have great service. I get waxing and refill for nails every two weeks. I go to Julie and highly recommend her. She even gives great color options if you’re stuck! I’ve been to plenty of nail places and this is by far my favorite. The staff and Ethan are very accommodating.
The designs are almost always very good. The past few times I’ve gone the nail prep has been skipped. Last time I went the only nail prep was buffing and some nail drilling. I had cuts on the skin around my cuticle. The nails were nice, but fell off within a week, I’m assuming due to little prep. The workers are nice.
