I had an appointment at a garage this morning, but I went to the wrong place. It was frustrating, to say the least, but then I met Rick. Let me tell you, this guy is a lifesaver.Despite my mistake, Rick was patient and understanding. He listened to my problem, and without any hesitation, he offered to help me out.
