We had a great experience with Premier Pools from start to finish(late Nov. 2024 - end June 2025), especially being 1 1/2hrs away(Lititz, Pa) from their store…along with us delaying things a bit choosing styles). Trust me, I got estimates from multiple pool installers near me, but felt that Premier offered the best package deal. Additionally, everyone at Premier was great to work with; Mike(sales/design), Tyler(build/design), Amanda(consult/scheduling), Big Mike(build), and the rest of the crew!

We were so pleased with how quickly and efficiently our pool went in. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They were quick to answer and questions and always let us know what was happening and what the next steps would be.

As first-time pool owners, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Premier Pools and Spa. From the very beginning, Tyler took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and offered valuable expertise to ensure our design would stand the test of time while maximizing how we use the space.
Having Tyler as our main point of contact made the entire process seamless. He kept us informed on the schedule, provided regular updates, and was always available to answer questions. During the design phase, we ran into some code restrictions, but Tyler and Jeff guided us through those challenges and helped us get the pool we wanted.
