She was patient as I took a while to decide between two frames, and she provided advice about what I should be looking for with my frames. She priced everything out, so I could see exactly what I was responsible for. She was friendly and helpful.“

“I love Pennridge Eye Care! They do a really great job from start to finish. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. My prescription is always spot on and they helped me with different options for contacts when I decided to start wearing those. The nurse was really helpful teaching me how to use contacts. I love using their contact provider, Marlo. It’s very easy to reorder and the price great. I’ve seen three different doctors and they’ve all been really great answering my questions and giving a pleasant exam. Before I started going here I had tried a chain place and it was not a good experience and wasn’t cheaper.“

“This Target is in a great location. There is lots of parking (outdoor). It was easy to ask for help and guest services were able to help me with a return I had as well. The selection was pretty in line with what other Target's offer, which is great. One thing I appreciated was that this location sells reusable, non-plastic bags for $0.10 each, I bought a few because I haven't seen them before.“

“I would give this MyEyeDr. location 5+ stars! Dr. Samantha Spinnato, OD is everything you want in an eye doctor—professional, patient, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. She truly takes her time, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable and heard the entire visit.

And I have to especially shout out Maria—she was wonderful from the moment I walked in. She helped me through the pre-exam and was so caring and gentle, explaining what she was doing and why each step mattered. She made the whole process feel easy and reassuring, and her warm, calm personality instantly puts you at ease. She’s not only helpful and efficient, but genuinely kind—just an all-around lovely person to interact with.

Debbie, the store manager… where do I begin? She truly feels like the glue that holds the whole place together. People coming in and out of this location clearly know her well, and it’s easy to see why. My personal experience with her was excellent: she’s caring, patient, and really listens to what you want and need. She also gives thoughtful recommendations without ever making you feel rushed or pressured.

“Great place, very good eye care. On each visit here I saw Dr. Wisber (highly recommend). And I purchased my current pair of glasses from Pennridge Family Eyecare. The reason for reviewing is the exceptional service I received when one lens popped out and I could not get it back in those half frame glasses. Upon calling PFE I was told to stop over at my convenience, without an appointment, which I did. The visit took all (maybe less) of 10 minutes total and my glasses were fixed. All this at no charge. “I contacted Dr. Pierzchala when I noticed sudden floaters in my eye. He had me come in three hours later, and within minutes, I had a diagnosis. He also had his assistant do two different types of field tests to confirm the diagnosis.
He went into specific detail about my diagnosis, how my family history tied into it, as well as treatment options.
I felt very comfortable, and he was able to answer every question that I had with no problem, And did everything he could to put me at ease.
