I was recently diagnosed with tendinitis in my ankle which limited some of my movement. My doctor prescribed physical therapy to help this situation. Ivy rehab , southington, Ct. specifically, my PT Rachel did a great job helping me. Rachel worked with me for about eight weeks and provided an exercise plan to improve my strength and movement in my ankle. Results have been great and I’m now on the road to Recovery. Rachel has proven to be an excellent PT, very knowledgeable on my condition and explained in
