Another update to the saga: Must read entire review. So I called my insurance and I received information from them confirming that the decision to use or not use my insurance is MY OPTION, my decision. This is contraindication to what PTW told me. They say I must use insurance. I just think PTW doesn’t know what they’re doing with billing. To make matters worse they promise to call you back and then don’t.Correction to my rant... At the time of my visit I was lead to believe I could use a self pay option. Turns out PTW was wrong and I ended up having to go through my insurance which with my high deductible plan cost me a lot more than they offer patients without...read full review

The staff is so warm and welcoming. They greet me by name every time I have an appointment and they genuinely care about their patients. The facility is clean and all equipment is sanitized between use.
