We recently had our 18+ year old tankless water heater stop working. Karissa came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. She ordered the part we needed and got the old one working until the new unit arrived. She also did a great job on the new install.

I have been using Good Plumbing And heating for 17 years now that I’ve lived in the area. I did not think that they could get better… I’ve use them for service and cleanings yearly since I’ve lived here and they installed my heating and air-conditioning system about six years ago which I continually service and clean with them every year… I recently had to reach out and deal with the service manager which to my surprise, he is new to the company… I have to say, what an asset to the company! BRET, not only has exceptional customer service skills, but he’s just as strong with his knowledge in the field! I had a minor concern that I had to reach out about and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and my needs were met in a very timely fashion! I could not be happier with all the Techs that I’ve dealt with and now the new Service Manager!! I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing and heating needs!!
