We (Sunbeam Window and Door) have been a Craft-Bilt dealer for many decades, going back to my Grandfather. Over the years we have tried some other brands always came back as their awnings are truly second to none and much better than the competition at similar prices. Customer support and getting on the phone with the right person can be tricky but is rarely needed when the products are built to last 30 plus years.
Better Living of Pittsburgh is a great company as well as their product. It was a great experience dealing with the staff , you can tell that everyone involved in the process truly cares about the customer.
Everything was great from the start to the end and we are really enjoying our awning. I highly recommend them.
We are very happy and pleased with the quality of, craftsmanship and professionalism of the wonderful work team that installed our beautiful sunroom. It has added great joy to our lives.
