Service man Todd was on time, worked efficiency, explaining the service and the warranty. He gave us options that helped us determine the steps we would take with our system. Todd was out on two service calls and Steve was out once and gave me a fair evaluation of what I needed to do but a snowstorm forced a reschedule but Steve was very professional and helpful

C&C completed the hvac replacement in 3 1/2 hours in an efficient manner. They covered the floors in our condo and when they left the condo was as clean as before. They were very professional and friendly. We highly recommend them.

Not only did they have someone out the day I called but the technician was incredibly helpful and was more than happy to answer any questions I had about the entire system. I was very happy with the service provided.
