“We have a routine service contract with Orkin for many years. Their service has always been excellent. As part of their service we were offered a free termite inspection. Luckily there was no termite issue found. Unfortunately they did find another more devastating issue. We had an infestation of mice. Living in the country that is always possible. Barry Kohl and Adam Frank were very thorough in their inspection and explained everything in detail. Fortunately Orkin was able to complete the extraction completely and with great speed. The technicians Anthony, Mike, and Rob were terrific. In spite of the intense heat of summer, they worked quickly and efficiently to eradicate the problem for three days. They were truly wonderful and cleaned up thoroughly, leaving nothing for us to do.

It was an experience I don’t recommend but having Orkin in the driver’s seat was a very wise decision. Their knowledge, expertise, and genuine caring for their customer is something I will always appreciate. They were simply first-rate.
