Adam was a huge help with being able to respond to an urgent repair request at one of my rental properties. He was able to satisfy all of the tenants concerns and even did the work on a Sunday to accommodate the time line. I then asked about some renovation work at my personal residence which he took the time to discuss potential options with me and ultimately work through the best solution for the project. He was always upfront about his costs, straightforward with his approach and was very communicative throughout the process. Knowledgeable. Honest. Super kind. Referred me to three or four local options for the various needs my project presented. Took time to give a general estimate even though my timeline is unpredictable at this moment. Looking forward to working with him when finances allow.
It is important to us if a contractor does great work but also calls back and shows up on time. McDowell Construction met and exceeded all our expectations. Adam did a great job on our doors. We will for sure call him for our next project!
