Sean and his crew did an absolutely perfect job on our big tree that needed taken down right next to our house. We have been skeptical for years about having it taken down since it was so close to the house but they were very professional and precise about their technique in getting it down. They cleaned every single remnant of the tree before leaving! I cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you guys so much for a perfect job! Will recommend you to everyone we know.

Just had my furnace maintenanced cause I was burning alot of oil. The gentleman who came was very nice and answered all my questions and went far and beyond to explain any problems I had going on. Last time Grimms came was 2021 and I had the same experience then that I did today. The guys are amazing
Adam was a huge help with being able to respond to an urgent repair request at one of my rental properties. He was able to satisfy all of the tenants concerns and even did the work on a Sunday to accommodate the time line. I then asked about some renovation work at my personal residence which he took the time to discuss potential options with me and ultimately work through the best solution for the project. He was always upfront about his costs, straightforward with his approach and was very communicative throughout the process. Always ensured work areas were cleaned at the end of day and was cognizant of how his work could potentially impact mine as I work from home. I would absolutely recommend Adam for your next home renovation big or small.
Called them and left a message to come out for an issue, they called back and had told me they were backed up with work for a few weeks and gave me a couple of things to try over the phone which resolved the issue. They didn't have to call back, but they did and it was much appreciated.

Once again Brad has saved my house and my bank account! I had a frozen pipe and flooding on Christmas Day and he called me the very next morning. When he came out he solved the problem very quickly, and didn't charge me anywhere close to what I thought I was going to have to pay. He is a very kind, experienced, and smart man! A huge shout out and Thank You to Affordable Builders for coming last minute to install our flooring. Not only did they accept the job with less than 48 hours notice they came on a weekend and with smiles on their faces. Their work is stellar ? They do almost everything so if you need work done on your home I would give them a call. ????

This was my first time coming here now that I have insurance and this was the first place I found that takes mine. They are only 3 mins from my house.
