I had a fantastic experience with Hooks Electric Service today. They came out to give me a quote for burying an outdoor wire, and the technician was so prepared and efficient that he ended up doing the entire job right then and there! He was incredibly friendly, sociable, and professional throughout the visit. It’s rare to find that level of promptness and great customer service these days. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them for any future electrical needs!

Brandon is physically fit (young and trim enough for the crawlspace) and mentally fit (knows electricity). Professional and also fast on the job, a communicator (explains things well; recommended a suitable generator) and a problem solver (suggested an intralock transfer switch for the electrical panel, making utility/generator power transfer simple, and safe). Very busy on certain days, is fortunate to have the backing of his office. I recommend Hooks Electric for good electrical work to be done.
