I called because my 3 cans of bulk trash wasn't picked up on Friday and the regular trash gets picked up on Tuesday and they still didn't pick it up but took my other 2 cans of regular trash so I called them to see why or whats going on and after I called they apologized and sent some other guys from the company to come by and pick it up within a hour or so. I'm glad that I called and they came back by to finally pick it up and I appreciate the guys who came back thanks so much.
We had a problem with the trash truck maneuvering around the alleys of Briarcliffe. I voiced concern, and situation was corrected immediately. H&H couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. H&H is a very class act, and the crew was phenomenal!
Best guys in the business. Helpful and clean. Like the happy vibes they show and the clean up when they work. Never is there trash left on the ground. I’m happy with their work. I have been here since 1989 and always a greeting and a smile from all the guys.
