This place is Horrible takes hours just to get in Corporate office should visit this facility because is being over run by there staff or should re-evaluate there position and bring in a better faster practical office detail personnel that can do the job swiftly and fast so all costumers get in and out in swiftly safe manner but these individuals you have in the weight office are not doing what supposed to get done holding traffic while eating or doing what ever they desire Waste management needs to pay a big visit here also will let corporate matters know stay away from grays ferry WM ???Go to North East Philadelphia is way more organized than this place ???

Very disappointed with this company. They used to be ok but somehow they are going downhill… The garbage men keep braking the wheels and I have to stay on the phone to get in hold with them for 40min and still no solution and pay over charge. Never a solution just ping-pong from one person to another person .

WM purchased a hauler I had used for many years for multi unit properties. I was not notified of the change until it already took place. WM does not collect trash on time. They skip days constantly. This causes extra work for me and extra trash on the streets.Service: Trash removal & disposal
