“I appreciated the attention and care that was provided, as well as clear instructions for my Leo's follow-up care. I did want to share one small concern. After the examination and diagnosis, I was surprised that Leo's wound wasn’t cleaned and dressed before we left the facility. We were given appropriate medication and instructions, however I would have expected that a basic cleansing and dressing would be part of the in-clinic care—especially given the nature of his injury and the recommendation to continue this practice at home. Perhaps your clinic follows a more minimalist model—this was my first visit, so I wasn't sure how things are done. My bill was $130, which I’m happy to pay as I’ll always prioritize Leo’s well-being, but for the portion of the bill that covers the examination, I would have hoped that a proper sterilization of the wound and dressing would be included.“

“My family has used this vet my whole life, and they have taken great care of the two dogs I’ve owned as an adult. The front desk, tech, and vet staff are all professional and caring. At times it can be hard to get seen as there is a demand for their quality service so call as soon as you are able. Highly recommend.“

She looked at my cat's Xrays on her day off, the day after Christmas, to see if he did actually swallow the silicone tip of his pill popper, as the ER that we went to didn't have a radiologist or internist available on Christmas Eve. “I boarded my dog here for over a week while we were away and they took such great care of him! They even gave me a cute little report card when they sent him home telling me how he behaved/ate. The facility is clean and well cared for, plus they are attached to their veterinary hospital so it gives me peace of mind leaving my dog there.“

Our dog had to have an unexpected emergency surgery and Dr. Ahuja and her staff jumped into action and saved our dog​ without question. ​I​f not for Dr. Ahuja, I don't think our girl would be with us today. The​ quote for her surgery at the emergency​ was close to 10k ​and knowing that was an impossible expense, she rearranged her ​personal schedule and got us in at Tender Touch. She was finishing up a 24 hour shift and was supposed to be at home resting, but chose to help. People like that are truly incredible and irreplaceable. The​ staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and caring throughout the whole process. ​They were completely upfront on the costs with us from the start. I could genuinely tell how much they all cared for our dog and for us as well. ​I 100% recommend Tender Touch.“
