The most important factor to me was that the optitian that took care of my transaction was honestly trying to get the best for me given my insurance plan rather than push an expensive product. This goes for both the selection of frames and of glasses.“

Also, we had seen a specialist for here eye condition, but Dr. Prazer tested for kore issues and the vision therapy has been remarkably more helpful that what the children's hospital specialist did with her. I happened to find Dr. Cargill online and it said he was open. Sometimes just because you are open doesn't mean you are the best one around, but I knew I had to be seen immediately. Let me tell you it was the best "leap of faith" I had ever taken. Not only was Dr. Cargill very thorough and professional, but he also found something that every other doctor had missed (including a hospital). He really took the time to get to the root of the problem and explain everything to me. He then referred me to the hospital because he was afraid of the severity. He not only called me the next day to check on me, he also called me a few days later (On a Sunday) to check on me again since he knew I was being released from the hospital. This was the best experience I have ever had with a doctor in my entire life!! This kind of care and concern for your patients is not something that you learn in medical school.“

“Oh my goodness where to start. Dr. Corcoran is absolutely the best! He is so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, professional, and kind. I have been a patient for years and never ever plan on leaving or looking anywhere else for anything to do with my eyes. Their staff is so warm and welcoming and are the whipped cream to the delicious desert. I personally love always getting to visit and see Lisa. She is so upbeat, friendly, and gets the whole appointment going with an amazing positive vibe.

Okay…and then there is their Master Class Receptionist Extraordinaire Yvonne. I have so many positive things to say about her that Google will probably cut me off at some point. If you had a world directory and filtered the results by “Immaculate Customer Service” you would find her name. Her voice and rapport is top notch. She is so welcoming and warm. I just want to hang out at the office and talk to her about life’s troubles and any and everything under the sun. She is a national treasure and we must protect her at all costs. If and when I start my own business I will do everything in my power to poach her to work for me. There are those people in life you will come across and meet and afterwards think to yourself “wow, they were really nice”, she’s one of them. Fortunately the whole team here is so good, but seriously even if the doctors were bad, I’d still probably come here just for Yvonne. Okay, I think I’ve gone on enough, but seriously I mean every word I’ve said. This place is the best and you have a customer for life.“

“I love this office! Dr. Rodriguez is the most helpful optometrist I have ever seen. He helped me when my contacts were discontinued, he was very patient in helping me find a replacement that felt good, and he explains everything they are doing and seeing along the way (in terms that you can understand). And the office staff are some of the nicest and most helpful staff I have ever dealt with; always with smiles on their faces, are super fast, and answer all of your questions. I try to make all of my friends and family go to this office.“

“I absolutely love my new glasses! Jess is fabulous and very intuitive. She has a great sense of what the clients styles are. She helped me pick my glasses out. She was very patient and understanding with my own indecisiveness. They were all so kind towards me. The Doctor was very thorough and explained everything to me as she did the exam. I have been worrying about possibly having an underlying issue with my eyes the last yr.. yr and a half. But unfortunately I’m just getting old and need readers (in my own words ofc)?. I read a lot and evr since I’ve been trying to read with my glasses on it makes such a difference. I don’t get the headaches I was getting and the blurry vision afterwards is gone. Also the woman at the front desk that does the scheduling was just a very nice and helpful person. Oh and I dnt want to forget about the 1st woman I seen that did the picture of the back of my eyes and the vision test.. she’s the best! She helped me SO much and was just a joy to talk to while I was with her. It’s like a big family there. The staff is what makes Visionmakers. Truly top tier.
