Very friendly and accommodating. They arrived the same day that we placed the call, and gave a free estimate. I would definitely trust them to come again if we ever have another issue.
The tech was amazing. He fixed a problem that we previously thought we had taken care of. He explained everything in detail and what to do to prevent this from happening again. Great service!
Roto Rooter in NEPA has the best service and responsiveness that I've experienced. They always show up on time or earlier. The crews are very nice people and professional. The work they do is always strong and well done. The only reason I do t give a 5 star review is because of the cost. The last two times I've had them here to repair a clogged sink and a faulty water leveler for a toilet was more than i expected. Minimal materials needed if any any. I would still call them for their reliability and quality of work but know they will charge alot.
