Outstanding customer service from the dispatchers to the technicians doing the work. They are a homeowner's dream. If you need a RELIABLE contractor, look no further. I have been extremely pleased with the 2 service calls we've had to date. Thorough, friendly, professional and very punctual!

Called in to Pica HVAC emergency line after hours for a no heat call. The young man who answered said he could have someone there within the hour. When I asked him to have the technician call when they arrive so I can let him in the basement door to not wake my 6 month old, he did not hesitate and actually arrived there himself in 10-15 minutes. It’s a newer boiler and had an electrical issue. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and had the part to replace it at the shop. It’s hard to find someone in the late hours and grateful they were closeby. As a new dad this took the stress away to get the heat up and running. The guy who comes to service our (two oil burning furnaces) is excellent and nice. They are clean, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure everything works great— all for a very decent and fair price. We even had a problem at an odd time on a weekend, and they were extremely responsive and took care of our problem immediately. They know their stuff for new and old equipment and we couldn’t be happier with their service!
