To say we’re happy, delighted and amazed by the metal roof is an understatement. My husband and I are so overwhelmed by the look of our roof. GMR completely transformed our home. We contacted GMR Metal Roofs in July 2025 to discuss a new roof for our house. We were surprised when the owner Mike Novak showed up to do the initial estimate. He spent approximately two hours with us, looking at our existing roof, making recommendations and telling us about their product, available colors, and warranty. We signed a contract about a week later and were told they would be starting in about 6 to 8 weeks. Approximately six weeks later, they started work. Our new metal roof was installed in about 5 days. GMR did a great job on my lake house roof and gutters and at a fair price. The quote process was fast and easy. And while they initially weren't the best priced proposal (of 5) they worked to meet my budget. Their crew showed up on time, as promised, and made quick work of the project. No damage to my yard, no nails or mess left behind, truly quality work. I would definitely recommend GMR.
