Chris at Crystal Vision (Scranton) was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to help fix my daughter’s glasses, tirelessly working to reuse her current lenses and fit them perfectly into a new frame. His patience, skill, and attention to detail were truly impressive. We were in and out within an hour, the price was great, and the service was absolutely top-notch. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares this much about doing the job right. My daughter and I were both anxious but their empathy truly made a difference. Kelly is amazing she's always friendly and make sure the fit is nice and always give good opinions on the style of the glasses and how they look and fit she gets five stars from me two years living in Scranton been going here since and won't change my eye doctor thank you crystal vision and thank you Kelly!!!
