I made 3 consecutive appointments for my 3 teenagers the day prior to their appointments. I was pleasantly surprised because other optometrists I had called were booked 3-4 months out, or weren't sure if our insurance would work. We arrived at the Scranton location about 20 minutes early for our appointments (in case of paperwork,) and my kids were given their eye exams with barely any waiting. They even squeezed in me and my husband for exams since I believe Thursdays they take walk-in appointments. This was wonderful for us because we had to drive about 25 miles to get there, so we didn't have to make even more appointments and drive back multiple times.

Today I had such a wonderful experience here at Crystal vision. I am the type of person who really needs a 2nd and even a 3rd opinion when getting new frames outside of my comfort zone. I want to begin to share how comfortable all of the staff had made me! Caroline and Kelly are the dream team and worked together to help me find the BEST pair of glasses for my face! They both were honest and understanding with what I wanted. Further more Both Ron and Chris helped with the final decision between a few frames making my decision final! I went to walk in and it was a little buzz but by.thetime I was done place was packed.The person was a Yung girl who took cair of me and was very noloable could not ask for better the dock was grate to would recommend this place to all 5 stars.
