Ali did an incredible job on our three oriental rugs. He and Henry picked the rugs up in Honesdale (for a small fee...we're 45 minutes from Scranton), cleaned them expertly and brought them back looking like new. We expected that the work would be impeccable from all the other reviews we read. And it was!! Not cheap but worth every penny. What we didn't expect was to learn about the place of origin and age of all of our OTHER Oriental rugs...we have a lot of little rugs we were given by a collector in the family. TO GET YOUR ORIENTAL RUGS CLEANED THIS THE OLDEST PLACE AND WITH THE MOST KNOWLEDGE ON OREIENTAL RUGS,,THEY HAVE BEEN CLEANING RUGS FOR OVER 50YEARS..BUCKINGHAM IS THE BEST IN EASTCOST AND NOW LOCATIONS IN HOUSTON TEXAS..OVER MILLION RUGS WASHED EVERY YEAR.

These guys know their job in terms of technical aspects of carpet and rug cleaning. They understand that based on the material and type of the rug different process, detergents, and steps are required.

They were also able to repair one of my rugs that had a little tear at the end.

The communication was also acceptable (a little bit of an accent). They told me how long it’s gonna take for them to return the rugs and they returned them on time.
