Members of my family have been using Chem-Dry for over 15 years. Most recently they cleaned my carpets, an area rug, as well as grout and tile. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the outcome. Carpets and tile look new! Phil and Kevin go above what is expected to make the customer happy. Further they took precautions to protect our hardwood floors and furniture.
