The showroom representative was very polite and extremely patient with me as I think I'm the most indecisive person on the planet when trying to pick out tile for my kitchen. They have so much to choose from, and the only problem with that is there might be too many to pick from! ?

We recently bought kitchen and bath tile here and have been in several times recently. The showroom is beautiful and there are tons of choices. We were helped by Lynn and Casey and they were great. Both gave us great ideas and were super efficient and friendly. We had to go one last time this past Monday to choose a small trim piece for the bathroom. For some reason we were helped by Meg this time. She suggested a color for the trim which wouldn’t work with the rest of our colors and when I told her that she literally threw the ring of samples across her desk and told me that’s all she had. the store seems overwhelming at first - but every time we went in- we were immediately greeted by the sales staff. they ask if you need help - but are so good about letting you just browse. there is never any pressure. they are very knowledgeable about their products and were very helpful pointing out what time would work for what we needed. even if you go in with only a small idea about what you want - they help lead you thru the process. great customer service.
