A1 traveled a significant distance to do our project in Wayne County...twice. Michael was able to do some custom work to preserve a very decorative lock at our home's entrance. A1 brought all the materials and equipment that were needed to the site, including the carver for new keys. I recommend A1 because their business model puts customer satisfaction FIRST!

Purchased a home built in 1901 earlier this year. Could not find anyone that had the specific blank I needed in stock or that had experience with antique locks. Until I was referred to this shop by another locksmith. Mike and the guy behind the counter are phenomenal, not only are they highly knowledgeable but prices are fair and they go above and beyond for their customers. Don’t go to Home Depot to get your keys cut come here, save a few bucks, enjoy a nice conversation and support a local business that cares about the surrounding community. We can't say enough good things about Mike at A1 Lock & safe. He came out within a day and installed a keypad lock on the front door and changed 2 back door locks for my elderly FIL. His pricing was very reasonable and he's a great guy to deal with. His service was A+. Don't hesitate to call Mike, he's very trustworthy.
