We have used Marshall Services twice in the last 6 months: first for sewer pipe drain jetting and this week for an oil heater emergency repair. Both times response times and communication were outstanding; the professional and prompt service technicians were thorough, transparent and knowledgeable. Bryan expertly repaired our heater on-site immediately on a frigid weekend day. We enrolled in the Total Comfort Club maintenance program because I trust this family business to help keep our older home functioning safely.

Lance was extremely helpful and did amazing work. He repaired and replaced many parts to our heater. He was patient and worked with us in our budget and got us all up a running for the holidays. He was also great with our animals. We are very thankful for his great work and prompt repair. We will use them again and request Lance to help us in the futur.
