You can tell a lot about a company when things go well, but even more when there is an issue. I had a small issue after an installation this week. I sent an email after hours last night and by 930 AM not only was the technician back, but the owner of the company as well. You don't find customer service like that too often and I am so very happy that I chose to work with Losch. Thank you Butch and team!
Had a MAJOR BLOCKAGE ! And when I tell you these gentlemen Matt, Mark , Jim and Brian really a god sends. I have a whole other level of appreciation for plumbers. Because they went through heck to get it open but they did and I’m very appreciative. They’re kind courteous and cleanly. And I’d recommend them and the services to anyone.
