Personally if you are just an urgent care doctor then you should just do what the patient is there for and not complain about the patients actual PRIMARY doctor and orders he/she has told you to do from the beginning. I am not one to complain BUT I've had the same experience with the same doctor TWICE. Just do what we are there to do as an urgent care doctor and not act like the primary doctor!

There’s limited privacy during check in. They tried to send me to the ER claiming I had other medical concerns when I was only asking for anti nausea medication due to having food poisoning. They can’t run blood work or run additional tests. I recommend Patient First over Tower, they at least can run tests, blood work, and provide fluids and have a pharmacy- wasted $45 co pay.

Very efficient and pleasant. When your not feeling well it's getting in & out in timely manner is of importance. Everyone was great. Thank the staff for helping me.
