Worst experience of my 17-year career in commercial/industrial construction. After 15,000+ projects, I’ve never worked with a company this difficult to get paid with. We did a public school project with them, and we had to go through the bonding company to get paid. If you’re a subcontractor, run—it’s not worth it.

We are currently working in a building they just finished for us. It is an absolute disaster to work in. Cable runs for networking are not terminated in to patch panels, they are mislabeled, they didn't listen to anything we had to say and ran coaxial cable instead of CAT6 to all of the living room areas then left it there after they fixed their mistake but again, no termination to a patch panel at all. We never got our cable testing results even though we paid tons of money for it. This is a disaster of a building that was delivered about 8 months late. Everything went very well
We had no problems with payments and look foward working together again in the future.
