I usually come here to get my hair braided a lot. I’m not confrontational at all so I didn’t address this with her but I was charged $200 for knotless and I got home and I see that the parts are different shapes and sizes. I usually go to the black hairstylists but I needed my hair done quick. When she first started doing my hair I noticed the back was really spaced out so I asked her if she could do the top smaller to cover the space in the back… I have giant squares in the back of my head and at the top the braids are going in a lot of different directions and I have some triangle parts and some small square parts… I can’t put my hair up in a bun at all cause the parts in the back are GIANT squares. I’m so mad I wasted my money I could’ve went to Philly and went to a black braided and got my moneys worth. Also… I think the braids are too thick. I don’t think the African braiding shops can do as great as the blk braiders/hairstylists. I’m upset that I got home and see how a mess my hair looks. This was my last time going here.

There should be an option to give no stars at all. Why is this salon even open with the level of disappointment they give to their customers the dirty looks they can not do hair u ask for one style they give u another and over charge knowing you are unsatisfied it’s bad energy in this place and they have no respect for their customers at all wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Self hate is at an all time high in there. Don’t waste your time.

Terrible the lady stop doing my hair to go pick her son up from school.......30 mins to 45 mins later she got back..then was eating while finishing my hair ....then she rushed me out the chair before I could gather my things first and last time I went thereService: Braids

Very terrible at communicating, very nasty attitude. Hangs up on a customer for asking a question . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here next door is much better .
