I had my roof replaced 10 months ago. I called Lessig Home Inspections to check out the quality of the install before the one year warranty period passed. They were on time and did a thorough inspection by actually walking the roof versus a drone inspection. I received a report which was highly detailed and fully documented with photos. They found some minor issues which can easily be addressed by my contractor. Considering the cost of a roof I now have peace of mind and found it a worthwhile to have it gone over by a certified home inspector. Eric and Ryan were informative and professional.
