Leelands Slate has maintained the slate roofs and gutters on our 120+ year old historic home and detached garage since 2018. In May of 2024 they installed copper gutters, copper and rubber porch roofs on the main house and a new Vermont slate roof on our garage. They know what they are doing and repair these tricky roof lines the right way. We cannot say enough positive things about this company, from the top down - Joe, Colleen, (and Donna who retired), Nan, Luke - all the team members are respectful of our property and professional in their work. If you have an old house with a slate roof, you need a specialist. Leeland's was not intimidated by my crazy rooflines and carefully replaced missing slate as they would have done 100 years ago. Gabriel and Miguel were prompt and courteous. They provided an extra level of detail like hand painting a copper vent pipe to match my other ones. They also helped me solve some leaking gutters too.
