Absolutely love what HYWR has to offer! Hot Pilates Sculpt and Yoga Sculpt being my favs so far! I’m always welcomed with a warm greeting and a bright smile. The instructors are so kind and supportive. After class I feel refreshed & motivated to immediately book my next one!
It was such a grounding, powerful experience. From the moment the class began, I felt invited to slow down, tune in, and truly connect with my body in a deeper way.
The flow was gentle yet intentional, not just movement, but awareness. It helped me release tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. The space felt safe, calm, and supportive, which made it easy to be present and fully immerse myself in the experience.

Updtae..Love this studio. They keep improving and adding more Clase to their schedule. The renovation looks amazing! Thank you. --Aaww feels like home!! Just moved to the area and I am so happy to have found a hot yoga place. The instructor was amazing... I just came back after a few months out. A very intense class! Pushing me out of my comfort zoe. The instructor was on point, giving advice and corrections during the asanas.
