Long story ...., Never again using them for any type of services ..... took my car for the engine ligth on dash bc a previous job with the timing belt ... diagnostic was charge $385 kept car for over 2 weeks Steve called me n told me what whats wrong N what neededw it to get fix oh my car codes giving was P0008 told him yes to fix it ... he never explained it to me with details from your understand why what's wrong with my car I asked Mr. Steve if the dealer had any type of loaners car because I needed it a car to be able to work while they had my car and I didn't have my car he told me they dont Do the LOANER CARS THERE , second bills was $2550 for Coolant, gasket , seal, cover n tube , convertional oil blk, pf2129 Filter . left dealer Engine ligth back on ... I turn it around before living the dealer parking lot took it right away in , they kept the car for another week just to tell me it "may" be something else that needs to be repairhe say itgasket oil presssure ... gave me a bill for almost $1800 again to get it "fix" bc he say it may be that .... im a single mother i'm struggling to make end mets .... my car was there for almost a whole month ... Mr, steve was rude never explained me with details i paid the more that $3000k , my car still not fix at all... n i refused to fix it again for the new bull he gave me ... right away ms steve told me over the phone you're refusing for the repairs , So Please bring your loaner car back and pick up your car as soon as possible. Thank you... those were he last words over the phone ....... Took it to a mechanic well recommend from a family.... they have great reputation and the mechanic told me that they Bob Fisher never did any type of changes in my car or any type of work.... at all!! Be aware,Dealer scammer womans just bc they think we dont know nothing about cars . I did felt discriminated by the dealer and the service person that took my case ... Womans , LATINAS FEMALES OUT THERE PLEASE BE AWARE ASK N TAKE for a SECOND 3rd OPINION ON UR CAR REPAIRERS DONT TAKE YOUR CAR AT BOB FISHER DEALER IN READING PA ....THEY discriminate DISCRIMINATE FEMALE N TAKE YOUR MONEY DONT GO TO BOB FISHER DEALER IN READING PA !!!!! MY CAR STILL NOT FIXED IT AFTER PAYING $3000k AFTER ALMOST A MONTH THEY KEPT MY CAR !!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY N PART WERE NEVER REPAIRS !!! DONT GO TO BOB FISHER !!!!!

Well we're do i begin to tell you how Awful theses people are. They just like to take your money and not probably fix anything. I took it there because my check engine was on supposedly checked it and fix whatever was supposed to be fixed but ended up paying over 2,000 and more for nothing because my check engine light is still on after two weeks. Which The same day I picked it up the check engine light was still on and I talk to them about it and they didn't seem to care at all they wanted me to take it back after 30 miles which I did and ended up paying again for another part that was supposedly messed up OK so I fix that and once again my check engine is still on and I just check it back again and there's telling me it's going to be another $250 for another part no thank you I will leave my car the way it is use are just making it worse is what I told him. Never again and the three gentlemen that are working at the sales service have the worst customer service ever never again will I trust a car dealer.

Came in for an inspection and oil change. My car only has 32,000 miles and Told me I would need $1,900 worth of work to pass inspection. I declined and took my car to another dealership where they found nothing wrong with my car except I needed a tail light (which I knew already). I am very disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of because I’m a women and they thought I wouldn’t know any better. We will not be coming back.
