I had a great experience with this tow company. They have very reasonable prices! I was stuck on the side of the road and I waited less than an hour. The tow truck driver Mike Farmer was very helpful and was very nice!! Great customer service!
Would like to say to Kyle Thank You I broke down out in Shoemakerville PA he came out fast and fix the issue with my fifth wheel plate when talking with Kyle over the phone he already knew what was wrong and knew what I was talking about he got out to me quickly and fixed the issue got me back up and running and I would like to let Kyle know that I was able to finish the rest of the day and it kept working fine and Kyle I was able to use the automatic release button to disengage fifth wheel of the trailer's the rest of my day.and finished out on top with 4 loads. Thank You Kyle
Usually I don’t leave reviews, but Kyle did something exceptional that I believe deserves to be recognized. He showed up to help us jumpstart our dead rental moving truck. After the job was finished, we tried to drive out by ourselves, but could not due to our trailer in tow and the crowdedness of the parking lot. Kyle, instead of just leaving after he finished what he was sent out to do, stuck around to make sure we got going, and he assisted us with pulling out of that tight parking lot. Without him, we would have been stuck for who knows how long AFTER he jumpstarted our truck. His exceptional service greatly impressed me.
