In the 36 years that I have been buying cars, no dealership has ever helped me out as much as Bob Fisher Chevrolet has. My husband and I were trading in my Honda SUV to purchase something smaller and less expensive. My husband lost his job and it has been a struggle. John Monroe (general manager), Robert Dixon (sales and leasing consultant), and Robert Simpson (sales manager), were all so empathetic to our situation and helped us get into the perfect vehicle. We can't thank them enough for working so hard for 3 days to come up with a deal that would help us. Your dedication and effort made a significant difference, and we deeply appreciate all you've done.
This dealership is neither good nor bad. It's the most vanilla dealership I've ever bought a car from. You get what you need but don't expect anything special. They are a solid C and they seem to be completely content with that.
I have purchased many cars over the years and the staff at Bob Fisher are as good as it gets, from a friendly smile and hello to the pricing and very thorough delivery of my new truck, Tim in sales is laid back and easy to deal with (no high pressure) and Chris the sales manager was very helpful in finding and acquiring my truck that was like searching for a needle in a haystack. Thank you to all I met that evening and I would highly recommend this dealership!!
