David Artigliere was punctual, professional, and THOROUGH. For the roof inspection, he does NOT rely on drones like so many home inspectors, but physically goes up to the roof so that you can find soft spots, see conditions up close, and feel/touch the condition. He obviously loves what he does, and will talk/explain everything.
