They have the most helpful associates compared. Someone is always willing to answer my questions and I don’t ever feel like I am being “sold to.” I’ve received tons of great recommendations from workers at this store, whether hair products, skincare, or makeup. They know their stuff. This store is clean as well, and yes, it’s crowded with products, but it’s because there are a lot of options. No associates immediately around to ask for help? They aren’t that far away. It’s typically easy to find someone with little effort. The salon here is also top-notch. My daughter and I have had cuts and colors with multiple stylists and always fantastic results. I would absolutely tell you if a store, restaurant, or other business does not meet my expectations.
