Went in not knowing what I needed or wanted but thankfully experience manager Rachel swooped in to save the day. Super nice, helpful and understanding of budget. I always love shopping at this ulta but even more so now!!

I have always had a positive experience at this Ulta location. This is the only location I will shop at, and I am right in between this one and another (rhymes with “Brexlertown”). They have the most helpful associates compared. Someone is always willing to answer my questions and I don’t ever feel like I am being “sold to.” I’ve received tons of great recommendations from workers at this store, whether hair products, skincare, or makeup. They know their stuff. This store is clean as well, and yes, it’s crowded with products, but it’s because there are a lot of options. No associates immediately around to ask for help? A few days ago I went in to grab some skin care to heal some scars/dark spots I had on my face. I dont know her name, but I asked a lady who was wearing an indigo/purple cardigan about which product to use. I was initially looking at Ordinary, but she told me that the product i was looking at wouldn't help with my specific issue, and recommended me a different product. Im using it and im already seeing progress in the past 2 days. Thank you so much to whoever she is!
