I have lighter colored eyebrows so my request is always “just clean them up” because the more hair left the fuller my eyebrows look. Today I finally fully was able to get what I have been looking for since I started getting my eye brows threaded. URVI made sure they looked very clean, not thin and the shape was great. I have a different shaped to my eye brows and I always have felt that the shape did not match until now. “I've been going to this studio for 2 years now going on 3, the massage is excellent when you leave the place your bones your muscles anything if tense will still be cracking afterwards, where you literally can hear it, because of the intense impact that massage has on you! the woman who did my massage last year was excellent capital letters. Michelle beautiful aura about herself, very pleasant. When you feel something is wrong she would try her best to appease every area that you're talking about. The atmosphere and her shop is very soothing to the soul, she puts on meditation music. The facial is awesome at first I contemplated about it, but I'm happy I gave in because there's a glow that you have and you don't even have to wear makeup. The only negative thing I can say about the shop, not the shop but Michelle, is English deficiency, she's trying to grow in her understanding of it. But even in that manner if we miscommunicate, all I have to do is ask her husband and he will translate for her so she can have a better understanding. She does understand sometimes, but certain things are hard to explain. It could also be me, due to my speech impairment. So I will give her a 10-star and that's something which is very rare. I went in for laser hair removal. She explained to me the process, expectations, and background on the machine used. We talked about problem areas. The láser didn't hurt at all! Angie coordinated the whole thing, Christine did my hair (and 2 others) and it turned out STUNNING, and Fitz did some of the other girl's hair and our lashes. When I tell you their skill, friendliness, and professionalism were incredible, I mean it. We all felt so beautiful, and all of our hair lasted all night!
