“Ken came out to install a new garbage disposal for me. Mine had stopped working and was emitting a high-pitched hum. I had asked a friend to look at it and that was when the thing started smelling like it was burning. I quickly turned it off. I posted a query on a local FB group and Ken came highly recommended. Much to my surprise, he shared with me that I didn’t need a new disposal at all! He used a dowel of sorts and got a piece of metal unstuck! It works as good as ever! Ken was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable.“
