basement steps needed repair and railing had detached from wall.many nails and nail holders removed. walls and ceiling and shelves and steps painted. 1983 is last time anything was done here(previous owner) Bob ( the project manager) gave excellant evaluation and added wooden blocks for support under steps. Eric's time in doing all of this shows he is very conscientious about task at hand
The serviceman was knowledgeable, thorough, very respectful of the area (cleaned everything up) and very personable. I would enjoy having him work on any of my projects again.
