Amazing customer service with one-on-one technical support.
I was experiencing some software issues with one program I use quite often, and after hours on the phone with the software technical support team, I was told they could not assist.
I called Grace Computers and received an appointment that same afternoon. Working remotely with their technician Elijah, I gave him access to my laptop and he resolved the issue quickly.
